Orders placed now will be dispatched within 2 working days. Next Day Special Delivery Orders dispatched the same working day if received before 3.30 pm.

Orders can be placed online or by post. Please see our Contact page for our postal address. For Postal orders please use the order form included in Shopping Basket which can be printed, once completed. Orders from outside the UK can only be accepted online.

Orders placed on-line will be confirmed automatically by email. This does not guarantee that we can meet your order. You will be contacted promptly if your order cannot be met or if there is a delay in despatch and you will be refunded as appropriate.

All items shown are in stock unless indicated and we will aim to keep this as accurate as possible. However, if we are unable to supply an item that you have ordered, we will contact you immediately and refund your money.

Prices are as displayed on our website and are in British Pounds. We try to ensure that prices shown on our website are accurate, but they will still need to be validated before your order is processed. If there is a price difference, we will contact you immediately and if you wish to cancel your order, we will refund your money.

Prices displayed are inclusive of VAT at %15 but exclude delivery charges. Please see the Delivery section below for charges.


Payment can be by Visa or MasterCard credit card or by Switch, Solo or Delta debit card if you are ordering online through World Pay secure sites. PAYPAL is also accepted.

We do also accept credit or debit card orders over the telephone.

You may pay by cheque, postal order or money order if you wish. Payment will need to be received and cheques cleared before goods are dispatched. Please contact us on 01903 787049 for more details.

Cheques should be in pounds sterling and drawn on a UK bank. They should be made payable to R.S. WARBURTON. Please ensure that any postage charge is included.

Payments from overseas customers will only be accepted by credit/debit card or Paypal and these must be made online.

No contract will exist between Warby Collectibles and the customer until goods are dispatched. Acceptance will be deemed complete and effectively communicated at this time. Ownership of the goods will pass to the customer on receipt of payment and dispatch of the goods.


Delivery Charges

  • UK addresses:
                 - for all orders  - £2.95 ( FREE for orders over £30 in total )
  • European Union addresses (excluding UK) - from £8.50 on a rising scale. (EU countries are Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain and Sweden.)
  • Non – European Union addresses - £9.50 on a rising scale subject to the number of items purchased.

We do not deliver to PO box numbers.

Our aim is to process and despatch all orders placed before 4:15pm (Monday-Friday) within 48 hours of receiving the order, subject to stock availability and security checks. Orders placed after 4.15pm or at weekends will be processed the next working day.

Orders requesting Next Working Day Special Delivery must be received before 3.30 pm.

For UK orders, goods should normally be received within 3 days of the order being placed, but please allow up to 5 days, especially during seasonal busy periods. Overseas orders should normally be received within 7/10 working days.

We will usually use Royal Mail or a secure courier service for delivery of goods to UK mainland addresses. Orders may require a signature on delivery.

Whist we will make every effort to deliver within the time stated on our website, we will not be liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery. Please notify us as soon as possible either by telephone or email if you do not receive your goods within a reasonable time. We will endeavour to get your goods to you as soon as possible or you may cancel your order and obtain a refund.

We will attempt to deliver your order to the delivery address stated on your order form. If products are returned to us as undeliverable, we shall refund the price of the products less £5 or the products (whichever is less) to cover our postal and administrative costs.

For security reasons, overseas orders will only be delivered to the cardholder’s billing address.


Right of Cancellation

The United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations 2000 provide you with a right to cancel your order for products at any time up to the end of the seventh working day following the day after the day on which you received the products. You do not need to give us any reason for cancellation.

If you wish to cancel your order please either write to us at Customer Services, 10 Montgomeri Drive, Rustington, West Sussex, BN16 3TY, or email us at sales@warbycollectibles.co.uk with details of your cancellation.

If you have already received the products you must carefully repackage and return them to us at the returns address shown below. Until you have returned the products to us, you must keep them in your possession and take reasonable care of them.

We will credit the price of the cancelled products once we have received and checked them. We will not refund any postage costs incurred.

21 Day Money Back Guarantee

In addition to the above, we also offer a 21 Day Money Back Guarantee. If you have purchased an item within the last 21 days and for whatever reason you are not happy with it, please call us on 01903 787049 and we will issue you a returns number. Simply return the item unused in its original packaging, quoting the returns number you have been given, to the address shown below.

Once the item has been received, your refund will be processed. We will refund the purchase price but not any delivery costs incurred by us in sending the order to you or incurred by you in returning the goods to us.

Damaged Goods

­We will take great care to ensure that you receive your goods in perfect condition and that they are in good working order. However, if your goods are damaged or faulty, please email or call us on 01903 787049. We will either replace the goods or arrange a refund as appropriate. We will also pay you the cost of the return postage. We will issue you a returns number (which you will need to include in the package) and instructions on how to return the goods to us. For all goods returned, we recommend that you use a secure delivery method which requires a signature upon delivery such as Royal Mail First Class (Recorded Delivery) as you will be responsible for the goods until they are received by us.
